4. When putting a code up on your website, do not hotlink!
5. Please know that your website may not be listed if it contains content that is deemed hateful/offensive/inappropriate. Social media accounts such as Twitter, Reddit, etc. do not count as websites and will also not be listed.
6. Please do not submit more than once. Allow up to 1 minute for your form to submit before trying again.
